be implementing Prolaera, a learning management system (LMS) that will allow us to track continuing professional education (CPE) credits and software certifications, build employee onboarding & education tracks by position, create internal training courses, develop personalized learning plans, and more.
A Learning Management System organizes eLearning content in one location and tracks the learner’s progress and performance. It also helps the organization stay up-to-date with educational requirements and compliance regulations across jurisdictions.
